We can produce privately owned barrels between 20-250L in size. For barrels over 100L in capacity, we can also work with you to develop your own unique recipe, including grains, yeasts, and ferment periods.
Cost includes:
The new-make spirit and a barrel, with excise paid
A day spent at the distillery, so you can get hands-on producing your spirit
Lunch at the local brewery, where your grains were mashed
