We’re passionate about two things: good whisky, and great people.

Our love for whisky started over a table in the backyard, where summer tastings with friends became a ritual. Everyone brought a bottle, and we’d sip our way through the lineup - picking out flavors, comparing notes, and marveling at how each bottle was an adventure of its own.

Slowly the ideas spilled forward. One needed to be stronger, another needed peat, and we’d all think… what if we made our own? So, we did.

In 2021, we bought our first still. For three years we made small batches for  mates - tinkering, experimenting with different yeasts and grains, and testing new barrels. We even travelled to Scotland to learn from the masters. With each batch we’d get better.

In 2024, we came to a crossroads. Our whisky wasn’t just okay, it was… good. But if we wanted to keep going, we’d need a bigger still. That meant permits, a factory, and all that fuss. We’re just a couple of mates who bonded over whisky though, surely that’s mad? 

Well, we’re about to find out.

We’re making whisky the way it should be made – on a traditional pot still, with great ingredients and local spring water. No shortcuts, no bullshit.
