Designed for the seriously curious, these session are built entirely around your palate. From funky malts to spicy ryes, we’ll shape the experience in discussion with you.

Expect bold flavours and single casks - the kind of drams that don’t usually leave the archive.

What’s involved: 90 minutes, 6 top shelf drams, and snacks.

$100pp.

The structure, time and cost depends on what you’re planning. Get in touch and we’ll work something out!

This is the big one. A full-day, hands-on experience where you step into the world of distilling. After a safety induction that we’ll make as fun as possible (sorry in advance), you’ll be hands on from start to spirit. Ask the deep questions, sneak some samples, and get your hands dirty.

At the end of the day, you’ll walk away with 5 litres of the spirit you helped create, plus your own 5L barrel ready to age however you like.
