Lunch and numerous whisky samples
A hands-on distillation experience
Getting to take home an 800mL display barrel full of the whisky you helped make
Plenty of 1:1 time with our head distiller to talk all things whisky
We’ll have plenty of time to touch on a range of topics throughout the day, depending on your interests. Those include:
Fermentation and how it impacts whisky
Distilling and different approaches - particularly on a Pot Still
What to look for in a barrel, and how it impacts your whisky
Developing a production schedule and/or SOP
Safety, particularly in a hazardous environment - including risk assessments and hazard area compliance
Brand and business development
This is capped at 2 people per booking. Please note participants must wear steel-cap boots.
