The spirit of adventure, distilled.

We’re passionate about two things: good whisky, and great people.

Our love for whisky started over a table in the backyard, where summer tastings with friends became a ritual. Everyone brought a bottle, and we’d sip our way through the lineup - picking out flavors and comparing notes. Slowly the ideas spilled forward. One needed to be stronger, another needed peat, and we’d think… what if we made our own?

So we are. We’re a family-owned distillery, founded by whisky fans, for whisky fans.

In 2024, we came to a crossroads. Our whisky wasn’t just okay, it was… good. But if we wanted to keep going, we’d need a bigger still. That meant permits, a factory, and all that fuss. We’re just a small family and a couple of mates though, who bonded over whisky. Surely that’s mad? 

Well, we’re about to find out.
