We’ve been distilling for years, but in 2024 we hit a crossroad. We really liked where the whisky was going, but we couldn’t make enough of it to share. If we wanted to keep going, we’d need to go all in. That meant permits, a factory, a bigger still, and all the fuss that comes with it. We’re just a couple of mates who bonded over whisky though, the idea of starting a distillery is wild… right?
Well, we’re going to find out.
